If you are not 100% satisfied with your coffee, we want to know! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14-days of receiving your order – we want to fix it. Please include your name, email address, order number and a description of the problem, in your email.
Our goal is simple: for you to love our coffee! If there’s a problem, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please understand, that due to the nature of our products, most of our items are unable to be returned for a refund, after it has been opened. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition it was when it was received. It must be in the original packaging and a receipt, or proof of purchase, is required.
To Start the Return Process:
Please send us an email at email@example.com. Please include your name, email address, order number and a description of the issue. We try to respond within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3-business days for a response with further instructions.
After inspection of the returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The cost of initial shipping, if applicable, is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be at your expense.
