SHIPPING FAQs

We roast, grind, package and ship, as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day. However, please allow up to 4 days for handling. Due to Covid-19, shipping times are a little more unpredictable than usual. Please allow 2 to 20 days for shipping depending on shipping times and the location.

We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx and USPS.

We ship anywhere in the United States and internationally.

Yes.  Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process. 

HANDLING FAQs

After you place your order, we will roast, grind, package and ship, usually the same day. However, please allow up to 4 days for this process.

In order to preserve the taste and freshness of your coffee, the process (roast, grind, ship) starts after we receive your order.  It is roasted and ground especially for you.  Your coffee will usually ship within 24 hours of roasting.
